Recognized as an IHK training company
Karanfil Engineering has been a recognized IHK training company since 2012. We train young people to become technical product designers. The training takes place with us in connection with job-related lessons at the Gottlieb-Daimler-School in Sindelfingen.
During the training, we impart knowledge in different technical areas with various CAD programs, mainly Siemens NX, as well as in the creation of 3D models with our 3D printer. It is particularly important to use our trainees of today as qualified employees of tomorrow in new projects.

Our events
New building on the Böblingen airfield
Karanfil Engineering signed a purchase contract for a 3250 square meter construction site on the Böblingen/Sindelfingen airfield and built a new company headquarters on Margret-Fusbahn-Straße in the summer of 2017. The engineering office specializes in the areas of electronics, in particular E/E testing and vehicle updates as well as development solutions for the international automotive industry and was previously based in Fronäckerstraße in Sindelfingen.
Now the time has finally come, we inaugurate our new company headquarters in Margret-Fusbahn-Str. 3 at the airfield in Sindelfingen. As guests of honor we were able to welcome Dr. Welcome to Vöhringer, Lord Mayor of the city of Sindelfingen, Mr. Brenner, Managing Director Zweckverband Flugfeld, and Mr. Dorday, Managing Director of Sindelfingen Economic Development.
The entire workforce, business partners and friends as well as the management of the Casa Nova planning office celebrated this event with us.

Karanfil Engineering AIDA Cruise 2016
A unique and unforgettable experience was our 15th company anniversary with a trip on the AIDA through the Mediterranean Sea.
Early in the morning we met at the airport excited and full of anticipation and could hardly wait until the journey to Palma and especially the cruise started. Arriving on board the AIDA-Cara, we drove through the Mediterranean Sea with a lot of fun and great impressions, made shore excursions where we explored the beautiful Mediterranean cities of Valencia and Alicante.
Back on board, the party at the ship's pool could start. The anniversary cake baked especially for us in the ship's kitchen made our anniversary celebration perfect. The end of the trip was the stay in the beautiful city of Palma with a view of the marina, shopping and exploring the old town and delicious food on the beach before it was time to check in and fly back ….

Sindelfingen knowledge days at Karanfil Engineering
Following the motto "Testing and measuring prototype vehicles", 14 students from the 8th grade for natural sciences at the International School of Stuttgart e.V. visited us on 14.10.2021. The students gained insights into the areas of CAD, testing, wiring harness manufacturing and measurement technology. The students had a lot of fun creating the Tetris blocks in CAD, and they also found the soldering work to produce their own personal circuit board interesting.
As a thank you, we received a letter from the students with their personal impressions.
